Investing in the future of TRILITY
TRILITY’s Future Leaders Group (FLG) was created with the specific aim of
fostering the development of TRILITY’s younger staff members and those
new to the industry. Members of the group have access to a dedicated hub
with resources, updates and seamless interaction, promoting a dynamic and
engaged community within the FLG.
The FLG aims to be self-sustainable, holding regular meetings and updates
to ensure continuous momentum. Moreover, the group will actively prioritise
and nominate key issues with the hopes of fostering a dynamic and responsive
approach to addressing challenges and opportunities within the company.
TRILITY has outlined specific objectives for the FLG, including the creation
of a distinct cohort with a unique identity, the development of newer staff
members, progression in their careers, the provision of development
opportunities, and long-term talent retention within the company.

July saw the inaugural in-person workshop for the FLG, which took place over
two days at the TRILITY Head Office in Adelaide. The workshop gave members
the opportunity to meet one another face-to-face and hear from some senior
members of TRILITY’s Leadership Team. Throughout the workshop, members
were able to take the time to set professional goals for both the group and
individual members, as well as discuss how Future Leaders can contribute to
the future of TRILITY.
