TRILITY Modular

Solutions provides

drinking water in regional

New South Wales

In early 2024, TRILITY was approached to address a crucial need in

a small regional Indigenous community in NSW. The potable water in this

community had very low chlorine levels because it was pumped from a

distant neighbouring town. By the time the water reached the community,

it had lost its chlorine residual, posing significant health risks.

To solve this, TRILITY designed and installed a modular sodium

hypochlorite dosing facility midway along the treated water main. This

strategic placement ensured that chlorine residual requirements were

consistently met, providing safe and clean drinking water for the community.

The project was not just about engineering; it was about improving

the quality of life and ensuring the health and safety of the local

community. Through this project, TRILITY is helping to protect against

waterborne diseases and contributing to a healthier, more sustainable

future for the local community.

It’s projects like these that remind us of the critical role that

infrastructure and engineering play in public health. TRILITY is proud

of the Modular solutions team for the dedication and expertise that

they brought to this project.

TRILITY Modular

Solutions complete on-site

hypochlorite generation

and dosing system

Earlier this year, TRILITY Modular Solutions completed the construction and

commissioning of an OSEC®L On-Site Hypochlorite generation and dosing

system for a council client in northwest- Queensland, who is responsible for

the provision of water and sewerage services to their local region.

The project entailed the decommissioning of the existing chlorine gas dosing

system and the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of a new

modular building incorporating the OSEC®L system from Evoqua Water

Technologies and dosing skid from TRILITY.

The system was designed with several key features that made it an ideal choice

for the client’s operational requirements. This system is eco-friendly, producing

chlorine on-site with just salt, water, and electricity, eliminating hazardous

chemical transport. This on-site system was a good choice as it is:

Cost-effective by reducing chemical purchases and storage

Highly efficient with consistent chlorine production

User-friendly as it requires minimal maintenance for a hassle-free operation

TRILITY worked in collaboration with the client to ensure enhanced water

quality and compliance in accordance with industry standards.
